Accessibility Statement

Bloom Massage wants everyone to be able to learn about our studio, see our services and prices, and book a massage — including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We design and maintain this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

What we've done

We reviewed this website against WCAG 2.1 AA in November 2026 and fixed what we found. Today the site:

• Describes every photo of our studio and treatment rooms in its alternative text; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Keeps text, prices, links and buttons at a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against their background
• Can be used with a keyboard alone (Tab, Shift+Tab and Enter), with no keyboard traps, and a "Skip to main content" link on every page
• Shows a clear, high-contrast focus ring on every link, button and menu item you reach with the keyboard
• Uses page structure, labels and language settings that screen readers can follow, in English, Spanish and Chinese
• Works at up to 200% zoom and on phones, tablets and desktops

We re-check the site whenever we change it. Accessibility is ongoing work, and if something isn't working for you, we want to know.

Booking and gift cards

Online booking and gift cards are handled by our booking system, TheBookingApp. If any part of booking online is difficult to use, call us at 619-874-2993 and we'll book your appointment or gift card for you by phone.

At the studio

Our studio is inside Sola Salons at 12004 Carmel Mountain Rd, Suite 25, San Diego, CA 92128. If you have questions about physical access or need an accommodation for your visit, please contact us before your appointment and we'll do our best to help.
