By using the Bloom Massage website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text.
• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for health, safety, or professional reasons.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit has been collected at booking.
• We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. Cash is also accepted in person.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Health and Safety

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your physician for medical concerns.
• You are responsible for communicating any health conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
• Bloom Massage is operated by a California licensed massage therapist (CAMTC #87025).

Website Use

• All content on this website is the property of Bloom Massage and may not be reproduced without permission.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee completeness.

Limitation of Liability

Bloom Massage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
